About Me

My first love is track and field. Throughout my collegiate career I earned multiple championships in the 100m, 200m and 400m sprints and had the honor of being inducted into the Track and Field Hall of Fame. As a collegiate athlete, I learned to be disciplined about fitness and became in tune with my body.

Eventually my love for competition led me to Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). OCR gave me the opportunity to try something new and push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of. I started off doing it just to get moving again after having a baby, but became hooked. After several races, I knew I wanted to start training in order to move up to the next level of competition which was “age group”. During my first year of competing on the age group level, I became an age group champion.

These endeavors have helped to mold me into the trainer I am today. I am looking forward to sharing my passion for fitness with the world. Fitness isn’t just about being physically fit, but overall health and nutrition. I will offer you live instructions and real-time feedback. My motto is, “I’ll meet you where ever you are. Just don’t give up on yourself.”
